A Sleep Meditation Series Sleep is not something you have to force. It is something you allow. The body already knows how — it has been doing it your entire life. What these sessions offer is simply a gentle invitation: to slow down, to soften, and to let the natural process of sleep begin. Each of the seven sessions is designed to be listened to lying in bed, in low light or darkness, with nothing else required of you. The sessions move slowly. There are silences. You do not need to follow every word. If you fall asleep before the session ends — that is not a failure. That is the point. There is nothing to achieve here. Nowhere to arrive. Simply rest and let the night do what nights are for. No need to sign up. Just Log In by using 'trial@themindfuldesign.org' and 'FreeTrial' as the password. Tip: To make things easier, just copy and paste the email address. Currently, your progress will not be tracked as this is a Beta version of a course in the development phase.
